01 — Who we are
A production house built for brands, institutions and broadcasters.
Grate Make Films is a full-service production company in Kampala. We write, shoot and finish corporate films, television commercials, documentaries and TV series, with one team carrying the job from the first script to the delivered master.
Sixteen years in, the craft that won us nine film awards now serves boardrooms, ministries, development partners and channels across East Africa. We have our own cameras, lighting and grip, a sound-treated studio, and the crew to run all of it.
Great films aren't made by doing what everyone else does. We look for the angle nobody has taken, then finish it to a standard nobody questions.
